Description

In this workshop we will be using a ‘split primary’ palette – limiting your choice of paints to just 6 (plus white) forcing you to explore the art of colour mixing. We will also be paying attention to laying loose marks, with transparent colours next to opaque colours and ‘warms’ next to ‘cools’. We will be looking to create interesting and unusual compositions, shadow shapes and colour relationships. Suitable for all abilities.
