The easiest way to book your place on any class or event is via this website.

Simply click on the “Classes & Events” tab at the top of the home page and then select the type of class that you would like to book (weekly classes, courses, workshops etc) to view the upcoming dates.

Add your choice of classes / workshops to the shopping basket and follow the check-out instructions. You can choose to pay using a credit or debit card or via PayPal.

If you prefer you can email or write to us including your name, contact details and the title of the class or event that you would like to book and we can provide bank details for payment.

  Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason we have to cancel your booking, we will offer you a refund, a credit note or transfer your booking to another class of your choice (subject to availability).

If for any reason you have to cancel your booking the policy is as follows:

• Notification by email at least 2 weeks before the start date of your class / event – refund issued
• Notification by email less than 2 weeks before the start date of your class / event – no refund issued

If we are able to fill your place with another paying student, we are very happy to offer you a refund regardless of when you cancel. The more notice we have, the easier it will be for us to fill your place.

Please note that there is a £5 administration fee payable in repect of refunds. This is to cover the administration time required as well as transaction fees and will be deducted from your refund.

 

 Bad Weather Policy:

 In the event of bad weather (snow, ice, flooding etc) we will postpone or cancel a class/event if we feel that the roads near to the Studio are dangerous.

The decision will be based on the condition of the roads in Llanddewi Rhydderch, Abergavenny and our local area. We will aim to notify you at least 2 hours before your class/event is due to begin.

Please ensure that we have a current telephone number for you so that we are able to contact you in the event of bad weather and please check your messages and emails if there is any question of the class/event going ahead.

If we have to cancel a class/event altogether you will be offered a credit note, a refund or to transfer your booking to another class/event of your choice (subject to availability). If you choose to swap to a class/event with a higher fee you must pay the difference in price.

If we postpone the class/event to another date and you are unable to attend, you will be offered a credit note, a refund, or you can transfer your booking onto another class/event (subject to availability). If you choose to swap to a class/event with a higher fee you must pay the difference in price.

If you are unable to attend a class/event due to bad weather in your location when the roads to Chapel Cottage Studio and in our local area are clear and safe to drive, no refund, credit note or transfer will be issued.
