Charcoal is the ‘go to’ medium for portrait drawing; it’s wonderfully expressive, forgiving in nature and shares similarities to paint. This full day workshop will demonstrate how to handle charcoal effectively and make it a valuable tool for creating powerfully tonal drawings, as well as learning some foundational drawing skills along the way.Working from photographic reference. All materials included. Suitable for all abilities.
